Operational web software for people who use it every day: permissions, an audit trail, and workflows that follow how a team actually hands work from one role to another.

01 — About
MYSWARE is a technology company focused on software engineering, system integration, operational platforms, and product development. The company was established in Istanbul in May 2025.
The work is practical: understand the operation, model it carefully, and build software that people can rely on after the first release. Security, maintainability, and long-term product thinking are part of the job, not a later layer.
01
Clear boundaries, readable systems, and decisions that can be explained to the next person who has to change them.
02
Software for work that is procedural, distributed, and hard to reconstruct from messages and spreadsheets.
03
Access, failure, and data handling are designed with the workflow, not appended after the interface is finished.
04
A product is kept coherent over time. The first release is the start of that responsibility.
02 — Product
Principal product
SoftMarin is MYSWARE’s flagship software product. Its vision is a unified digital environment connecting maritime companies, vessels, and operational teams.
The platform is in active development. The list below is the operational scope being built. It is not a claim that every capability is in production use, or that the product is commercially proven.
01
A shore-side record of vessels and where each one sits in the company.
02
People, assignments, and the documents that have to stay current.
03
Maintenance plans tied to equipment, with a history that stays readable.
04
Safety routines and compliance tasks treated as tracked work.
05
Parts and stores held against a vessel, including requests.
06
Training requirements and records kept with the person they belong to.
07
Reports drawn from operational records instead of rebuilt by hand.
08
A defined exchange between vessel and office when the link is uneven.
09
Essential vessel-side work that does not assume a continuous connection.
03 — Expertise
MYSWARE’s engineering practice sits inside the products it builds. These are the kinds of systems that work requires.
Operational web software for people who use it every day: permissions, an audit trail, and workflows that follow how a team actually hands work from one role to another.
Service boundaries, data contracts, and integrations that fail in a controlled way. The aim is a system another engineer can change without guessing where responsibility sits.
Core tasks continue when connectivity does not. Local data, deliberate synchronization, and conflict handling are designed in — particularly where a vessel or remote site cannot assume a stable network.
Turning a domain process into a product that can be maintained: modeling the work, delivering in increments, and automating checks and reports that are still assembled by hand.
04 — Principles
These are working principles. They are not certifications, and this site does not claim an independent audit.
Authentication, authorization, and data handling are product requirements. Sensitive flows are given an explicit trust boundary before they are treated as finished.
Modules stay understandable, and operational behavior can be traced after release. Maintenance is part of the design, not a separate project.
Additional users, vessels, or integrations should not require rewriting the core. Scale is addressed through boundaries and data design.
Operational software is used under time pressure. Interfaces favor recognizable tasks, plain language, and states that say what happened and what to do next.
